If there is no apostolate in your country the site says plainly that this is not an obstacle, because membership begins with the commitment rather than the map.

Our Lady asked for particular things at Fatima in 1917, and this body writes them down as six commitments kept for life: make the Consecration to Jesus through Mary, keep the Five First Saturdays, pray five decades of the Rosary daily, go to confession once a month, offer one small act of penance each day, and wear the Brown Scapular. A daily prayer for the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart is added to that. It is a young body, founded in 2020 and approved by Bishop Athanasius Schneider, and it leans traditional: it promotes the Traditional Latin Mass, teaches the older catechism to children, builds wayside chapels and supports seminarians. If that is your register, this is one of the most concrete Fatima commitments available, and it costs nothing.
Where it comes from
2020, by Christopher P. Wendt, and approved by Bishop Athanasius Schneider on 26 July 2020.
What you promise
Six, kept for life: the Consecration to Jesus through Mary, the Five First Saturdays devotion, a daily five-decade Rosary, confession once a month, one daily act of simple penance, and wearing the Brown Scapular. Members also pray daily for the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart.
What the Church attaches
No indulgence is published. What is offered is the prayers of the whole membership, a bishop's approval of the commitment, and the resources to keep it: guides to the First Saturdays, the Brown Scapular, the Rosary and the Consecration.
