This is the lightest commitment of any group here, and deliberately so. Each month the Pope publishes one prayer intention naming a specific challenge facing the world or the Church, and you pray for it. The anchor practice is a short daily prayer called the Morning Offering or Daily Offering, in which you hand God whatever your day contains and ask to be made useful to his Son's mission. There is a deeper path called The Way of the Heart, rooted in devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, with free downloadable devotionals. The Click To Pray app offers three brief moments of prayer each day and lets you share intentions with others. The youth branch, the Eucharistic Youth Movement, carries the same spirituality for young people. People join because it takes two minutes a day and connects those two minutes to something global.
What you promise
No formation, no promises, no meetings. The practice is the daily Morning Offering and praying the Pope's monthly intention. Optionally you can use the Click To Pray app or web platform, available in seven languages, subscribe to daily prayers by email, or work through The Way of the Heart devotional.
